Can I reply to guests in their language?
You can dictate in any of 99 languages, and Cosso writes in the language you spoke. AI editing rules are tuned for English and Turkish.
Does it work in our PMS?
Yes, if it accepts typed text. Cosso types wherever your cursor is.
Will it change dates or prices?
It writes dates and amounts as digits. It's instructed not to change a value you said, but check booking details before you send them.
