FAQ

Questions about Cosso for restaurants

Can I use it in the kitchen?
Cosso runs on a Mac or Windows computer, so it suits the office or a laptop at the pass rather than a phone.
Will it change quantities?
It writes spoken quantities as digits with units, for example 150 g. It's instructed not to change a quantity you said.
Does it spell allergens correctly?
Dietary terms such as gluten-free and lactose-free are in the list. Always check allergen information yourself before it reaches a menu or a guest.
