Questions about Cosso for psychology and therapy

Does Cosso record sessions?
No. Cosso isn't a session recorder. It listens only while you use the shortcut, and the audio is recognized on your computer and never uploaded.
What happens to the text of my notes?
With AI editing on, the dictated text passes through our server and a model provider and isn't stored. With AI editing off, your notes don't leave your computer.
Can I keep client names out of AI editing?
Yes. Dictate without names, or turn AI editing off for that note. Dictation works offline.
